Buying property in Spain runs through parties that operate independently of each other. The agent sells. The bank lends. The contractor builds. The notary registers. Four parties, four roles, and no one on your side keeping an eye on the full picture. That's where it goes wrong: not at the property, but in the space between those parties.

That's where independent property coordination makes the difference: one person who keeps an eye on the full picture and works only for you. That's the role of the property coordinator, not an estate agent, not a mortgage broker, not a contractor. It's a role that spans the entire chain, from the first thought of buying property in Spain through to after the keys change hands. Until recently that role barely existed in your language. Casa Connecta was set up to fill it, for international buyers, in your language.

Today we do that through two services: Finance, mortgage coordination across Spain, and Projects, renovation coordination on the Costa Brava. We're working towards full buying guidance across the whole chain, from before the purchase to after it. We tell you honestly what we can coordinate now, and what we can't yet.

We started with what we'd been missing ourselves. In the spring of 2025 we bought our own house here, and ran into the NIE application, a mortgage file that had us supplying the same documents time and again, and contract clauses we negotiated ourselves. None of these obstacles was insurmountable. Together they shape how we coordinate your purchase now.

We work only for you. No commissions from banks. No referral fees from agents. No kickbacks from contractors. Our income comes from you, our work is for you, our loyalty is to you, and to no one else.

Locally rooted

We've been coming to the Costa Brava since childhood, and since 2025 we've lived here most of the year. When we decided to buy in 2022, we built our network straight away: architects, contractors, agents, and contacts at the ayuntamientos. We put that network to the test with our own renovation. We know the villages, the trades, and the local rhythms, not from a guidebook, but from daily life here.
